1. पहले मुफ्त आज़माएं / Try before you buy
RAS Prelims 2026 टेस्ट सीरीज़ के पहले 2 टेस्ट पूरी तरह मुफ्त हैं। खरीदने से पहले इन्हें देकर इंटरफ़ेस, प्रश्नों का स्तर और विश्लेषण की गुणवत्ता जांच लें।
The first 2 tests of the RAS Prelims 2026 Test Series are completely free. Please attempt them before purchasing to check the interface, question standard, and analysis quality.
2. रिफंड कब मिलता है / When you can get a refund
- 7 दिन के अंदर, यदि आपने कोई पेड (locked) टेस्ट नहीं दिया है — पूरा रिफंड। / Within 7 days of purchase, if you have not attempted any paid (locked) test — full refund.
- भुगतान असफल (failed) होने पर कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाता। यदि किसी तकनीकी कारण से राशि कट गई है पर एक्सेस नहीं मिला, तो हम 5–7 कार्यदिवस में पूरा रिफंड करते हैं। / Failed payments are never charged. If money was deducted due to a technical issue but access was not granted, we refund it in full within 5–7 working days.
- एक ही सीरीज़ के लिए गलती से दो बार भुगतान होने पर, अतिरिक्त राशि पूरी तरह रिफंड की जाती है। / If you are accidentally charged twice for the same series, the duplicate amount is fully refunded.
3. रिफंड कब नहीं मिलता / When refunds don't apply
चूँकि यह एक डिजिटल उत्पाद है जिसका एक्सेस भुगतान के तुरंत बाद मिल जाता है, एक या अधिक पेड टेस्ट दे देने के बाद रिफंड संभव नहीं है — क्योंकि तब आप उत्पाद का उपयोग कर चुके होते हैं।
As this is a digital product with instant access on payment, refunds are not available once you have attempted one or more paid tests, since the product has then been used.
4. रिफंड कैसे माँगें / How to request a refund
अपनी रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल और भुगतान संदर्भ (UTR / Order ID) के साथ हमें लिखें: support@rajstudy.com। हम 48 घंटों में जवाब देते हैं। स्वीकृत रिफंड मूल भुगतान माध्यम में 5–7 कार्यदिवस में आ जाता है।
Email us from your registered email with your payment reference (UTR / Order ID): support@rajstudy.com. We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
